This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Take a central role in achieving our client acquisition and revenue growth goals.
• Manage No Cold Call! (Pre-qualified leads) responsibilities.
• Maintain the flexibility to work remotely, using advanced software tools to engage with potential customers.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, persuasive capabilities, and an "Always Be Closing" approach.
• Demonstrated experience in inside/inbound phone sales within the United States credit sector, including but not limited to credit cards, repair, history, score, and reporting.
• Presenting and finalizing credit repair solutions tailored to customers' profiles and credit situations.
• Adhering to a step-by-step protocol to promote TCP's credit repair products while addressing clients' concerns.
• Striving not just to meet quotas and KPIs but to surpass performance expectations.
• Employing TCP’s technology tools suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) in daily tasks.
• Availability for full-time remote work with one unpaid 01 hour break during a 09 hour shift.
• Work schedule options include:
• - Option 1: Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM & Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST
• - Option 2: Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM & Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST
• - Option 3: Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM EST
• - Option 4: Monday to Friday: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST
• Bring Your Own Device: A computer that meets our specifications is required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C focused financial and banking services.
• Familiarity with the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
• A customer-first attitude and empathy towards their needs.
• Exceptional communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• A strong desire to learn and familiarize oneself with TCP’s technological suite.

• Commissions: Uncapped progressive commissions.
