• In the role of Remote Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in advancing our client acquisition and revenue growth goals.
• This thrilling position features No Cold Calling! (Pre-qualified leads), the flexibility to work from home, and the use of state-of-the-art software tools to engage with prospective customers.
• Your outstanding communication skills, persuasive talents, and an "Always Be Closing" mindset will be vital to your success.
• Demonstrated experience in inside/inbound phone sales within the United States credit sector, encompassing credit cards, repair, history, score, and reporting.
• Ability to pitch and close credit repair solutions tailored to the profiles and credit scenarios of customers.
• Adhere to a step-by-step guide to promote TCP's credit repair products while effectively addressing client concerns.
• Strive to not only meet quotas and KPIs but to surpass performance expectations.
• Utilize TCP’s suite of technological tools (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) in daily operations.
• Availability for a full-time remote position with one unpaid hour break in a nine-hour shift.
• Work schedule options include:
• - **Option 1:** Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM & Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST
• - **Option 2:** Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM & Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST
• - **Option 3:** Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM EST
• - **Option 4:** Monday to Friday: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST
• Bring Your Own Device: A computer that meets our specifications is required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C-focused financial and banking services.
• Familiarity with the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
• A customer-first approach with empathy for their needs.
• Excellent communication skills along with a solution-oriented mindset.
• A strong desire to learn and familiarize oneself with TCP’s technological suite.

• Base Salary: $12/hr or a minimum of $2080/month.
• Commissions: Progressive uncapped commissions.
