• As a Remote Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving our client acquisition and revenue growth targets.
• This exciting position offers a No Cold Call environment! (You will work with pre-qualified leads), flexible work-from-home options, and the use of advanced software tools to engage with potential customers.
• Your outstanding communication skills, persuasive talents, and an "Always Be Closing" attitude will be essential for your success.
• Demonstrated experience in inside/inbound phone sales within the US credit sector, including but not limited to credit cards, repair, history, score, and reporting.
• Ability to pitch and close credit repair solutions tailored to customers' profiles and credit scenarios.
• Follow a structured approach to promote TCP's credit repair products while addressing client concerns effectively.
• Strive to exceed quotas and KPIs through exceptional performance.
• Proficient in using TCP’s technology tools suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) in daily operations.
• Availability for a remote full-time role with one unpaid one-hour break during a nine-hour shift.
• Work schedule options include:
• Option 1: Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM & Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST
• Option 2: Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM & Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST
• Option 3: Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM EST
• Option 4: Monday to Friday: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST
• You must provide your own device that meets our specifications.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C-focused financial and banking services.
• Familiarity with the US credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
• A customer-first orientation and empathy for their needs.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a solution-oriented approach.
• A desire to learn and familiarize yourself with TCP’s technological suite.

• Commissions: Earn progressive, uncapped commissions.
