This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• As a Remote Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in achieving our client acquisition and revenue growth goals.

• Demonstrated experience in inside/inbound phone sales within the United States credit sector, including but not limited to credit cards, repair, history, score, and reporting.
• Ability to pitch and close credit repair solutions tailored to the profiles and credit situations of customers.
• Following a detailed guide to promote TCP's credit repair products and effectively addressing client concerns.
• Committed to exceeding quotas and KPIs by going above and beyond in performance.
• Proficient in utilizing TCP’s technology suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) for daily operations.
• Availability for full-time remote work, including one unpaid 01 hour break during a 09 hour shift.
• Work schedule options include:
• Option 1: Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM & Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST
• Option 2: Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM & Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST
• Option 3: Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM EST
• Option 4: Monday to Friday: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST
• Must bring your own device with specifications that meet our requirements.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service within the B2C-focused financial and banking services industry.
• Understanding of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
• A customer-first approach with empathy for their needs.
• Exceptional communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• A strong desire to learn and familiarize oneself with TCP’s technological suite.

• Commissions: Progressive uncapped commissions.
