Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney, English-Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create tailored legal strategies for each client according to their specific legal situations.

• Assess application packets, declarations, and motions related to family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.

• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants.

• Perform thorough initial assessments to identify legal issues.

• Represent clients during Adjustment of Status interviews with USCIS.

• Act as the “Attorney of the Day,” offering legal guidance to the team.

• Participate in operational meetings.

• Engage in Consultation Day Events.

• Manage a full caseload and meet with clients directly.

• Work collaboratively with paralegals, support staff, and community partners to deliver legal services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active U.S. Bar license.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney working with complex immigration cases, including T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, and SIJS.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, demonstrating native or fluent proficiency.

• Skilled in Google Workspace, Slack, and Camplegal Immigration Case Management Systems.

• A growth-oriented “can-do” mindset.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and a keen attention to detail.

• Availability to work 45 to 50 hours per week.
