Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney – English, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop tailored legal strategies for each client

• Review application packets, declarations, and motions related to family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers

• Evaluate and offer constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants

• Conduct preliminary reviews to pinpoint legal issues

• Represent clients during Adjustment of Status interviews with USCIS

• Act as "Attorney of the Day" and provide legal advice to the team

• Attend operational meetings

• Engage in Consultation Day Events

• Manage a full caseload and meet with clients directly

• Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and community partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active U.S. Bar license

• Minimum of 2 years of attorney experience in reviewing complex immigration cases, including T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, and SIJS

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, either native or fluent

• Competence in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal)

• A proactive, growth-oriented attitude

• Commitment to continuous improvement and a strong attention to detail

• Availability to work 45 to 50 hours per week
