This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Assist throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to compliance, performance evaluations, and all related activities.
• Act as the primary contact for HR assistance, ensuring processes are streamlined and the team stays updated.
• Be the initial point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise and confidential employee records within HR databases and systems.
• Manage the performance review cycle and aid in initiatives for employee development.
• 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in an HR or equivalent people operations position, possessing familiarity with HR practices, labor regulations, and recruitment methods—along with strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage sensitive information discreetly.
• Complete professional proficiency in both English and Spanish—both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems.
• Must reside in Ecuador.
