This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert credit guidance to assist clients throughout the various phases of the home buying experience.

• Facilitate complete mortgage fulfillment by utilizing Casper and Linx.

• Create a consistent communication strategy and meticulously update relevant systems.

• Strengthen client connections by providing support during the home buying process.

• Leverage innovative tools such as video capabilities, screen sharing, and advisor/client dashboards.

• Build robust partnerships to enhance mortgage referrals and application processing.

• Stay informed about pertinent RBC policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in the financial services sector.

• Capability to offer intricate credit advice, including mortgage fulfillment.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.

• An adaptable and proactive mindset, continuously providing an outstanding client experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust, encourage loyalty, and actively seek to cultivate and enhance client relationships.

• Exceptional communication abilities along with effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Proficient digital literacy across various devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).

• Willingness to provide advice and services during evenings and weekends.

• Capability to work autonomously as a Remote Office Employee (ROE).

• Must fulfill the technological and confidentiality requirements of the position.
