This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders across all channels (Telus, AT&T, Direct).
• Review and action all order queues daily.
• Provision hardware and services to customer accounts promptly and correctly.
• Manage open cases, ensuring they adhere to established completion KPIs.
• Assist team members in resolving and closing cases as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Support, ERMs, Customer Success) to address inquiries and issues.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and sales teams.
• Conduct weekly follow-ups on outstanding orders and open cases.
• Ensure all sales orders are processed by the end of the last business day of each month.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Completed "Preparatoria"/High School education.
• Ideally based in Mexico City (the position is remote, but occasional office meetings may occur).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Hands-on approach with a high degree of accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding time management skills, with the capability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• 1–3 years of experience in call center operations, customer service, case management, or customer support environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) and Salesforce is highly preferred.
