Bilingual French – Roadside Assistance Agent, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Support customers who require assistance and reassurance when their relocation doesn’t proceed as expected.

• Manage incoming customer inquiries and make outbound calls to customers, roadside assistance providers, and other personnel who can offer the necessary support and expertise to help our customers continue their move.

• Adhere to established protocols and procedures.

• Approach all cases with a sense of calm urgency, professionalism, and care while achieving all quality-related targets and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and French is required.

• Complete Criteria Assessments: Technical Skills + Game.

• Ability to convey sympathy, empathy, and compassion.

• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability.

• Intermediate skills in keyboarding and computer usage.

• An active and attentive listener.

• Capability to type while conversing (40 WPM or more is advantageous).

• Skill in formulating coherent sentences in written communication.

• Competence in navigating and utilizing multiple software programs simultaneously.

• Outstanding verbal communication and listening abilities.

• Clear and articulate speaking voice.

• General understanding of U.S. and Canadian geography.

• Familiarity with mapping locations using various software or applications.

• Willingness to accept feedback to continually enhance performance.

• Possess a confident and proactive attitude.
