Bilingual French Live Verify Agent – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Part-Time Live Verify Phone Agents engage with customers who choose to rent from U-Haul through our Truck Share 24/7 program.

• Assess customer information to ensure it adheres to the necessary standards for rental approval before dispatching.

• Handle inbound calls and initiate outbound calls, interacting with customers via chat in both French and English.

• Assist multiple customers through digital platforms or chat.

• Claim sessions for customers utilizing Truck Share 24/7 services.

• Review each session for accuracy while addressing customer inquiries.

• Determine the appropriate course of action using the instructional materials provided.

• Conduct outbound calls to verify alternate contact information.

• Ensure adherence to U-Haul policies to maintain customer loyalty.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess fluency in both French and English.

• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication abilities in English.

• Experience in inbound call handling (high volume preferred).

• Exceptional customer service skills with a minimum of 1 year of phone-based customer service experience.

• Technological proficiency is preferred.

• Strong logic, reasoning, time management, and facial recognition abilities.

• High level of proficiency, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to multitask and support multiple customers simultaneously (during online sessions).
