Bilingual French Inbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Respond to incoming calls and provide an outstanding customer experience.

• Promote the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? service by illustrating how we make junk removal seamless.

• Address customer inquiries and transform questions into bookings.

• All new agents are required to participate in thorough training.

• Become part of a team guided by a team leader to enhance your skills and grow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently residing in Ontario.

• Fully bilingual in both French and English.

• Possess a friendly and approachable phone demeanor.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and typing skills (minimum of 25 words per minute).

• A quiet home workspace, along with a fast and reliable internet connection, and a computer with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM.

• A wired (Ethernet) connection is necessary.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, call centers, or related areas is beneficial.
