Bilingual Field Sales Representative – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

• Actively seek out new clients, untapped opportunities, and underrepresented accounts.

• Challenge customer perceptions through value-driven sales discussions.

• Implement territory and account strategies effectively.

• Diligently prospect, qualify, and move opportunities through the entire sales process.

• Ensure precise tracking of opportunities within the company's CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline; or 4-5 years of relevant experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in an outside B2B field sales position within a technical, capital equipment, or industrial machinery sales context.

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Experience with plastics injection molding and/or extrusion is preferred.
