
Bilingual Field Nurse Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the complete coordination of the patient journey;
• Occasionally travel for on-site clinic visits;
• Serve as the primary contact for physicians to enroll patients in a NavieGo managed program;
• Build and sustain a strong, trusting relationship with assigned clinics and physicians through site visits;
• Act as the main resource for NavieGo to request any missing or additional information from the respective physician offices, pharmacies, and/or other healthcare providers;
• Manage all necessary aspects to secure prescription drug coverage for patients;
• Collaborate with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to support patients on their treatment journey;
• Handle documents, submissions, and all related paperwork for insurance companies and public funding programs;
• Schedule clinic appointments and ensure timely drug deliveries;
• Develop and strengthen relationships with patients and key healthcare providers;
• Implement best practices to maximize patient access to drug coverage;
• Coordinate pharmacy processes following the approval of funding;
• Utilize extensive knowledge of public and private funding systems;
• Available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM EST.
• Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory;
• A Registered Nurse designation and current provincial licensing are required;
• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance sectors is advantageous;
• At least 2 years of experience in customer/client service and healthcare reimbursement is necessary;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications (Google apps, Word, Excel);
• Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone manner;
• Demonstrated ability to organize time, establish priorities, and manage multiple tasks to meet competing deadlines;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Capable of working independently as well as within a team environment;
• Proven ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently;
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, supporting various regions across Canada.
