This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute high-velocity outbound outreach by managing high-volume inbound/outbound calls, SMS, and email cadences through Aircall to promptly qualify inquiring families, gather database profile information, and significantly reduce speed-to-lead times.
• Take ownership of top-of-funnel conversion metrics by actively nurturing inquiring families within the CRM pipeline, addressing their concerns, and efficiently scheduling their initial clinical orientations and assessments.
• Conduct consultative benefits presentations by reviewing insurance eligibility and effectively translating complex ABA benefits into a clear value proposition that encourages immediate commitment from families.
• Ensure a seamless intake process by guiding families through the workflow, which includes uploading medical records, verifying diagnostic criteria, and obtaining initial insurance assessment authorizations to prevent delays in the process.
• Minimum of 3 months of ABA clinical experience or relevant training as an RBT.
• Prior experience in client support, onboarding, or customer service within a clinical environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficient in troubleshooting issues, identifying patterns, and escalating matters as needed.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple client inquiries at once.
• Comfortable utilizing technology, virtual communication tools, and customer support systems.
• Availability to work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time.
• Background in Inside Sales or High-Volume Intake: 1–3+ years of experience in an inside sales, high-volume customer intake, enrollment advising, or metric-driven customer success environment with daily KPIs centered around phone time and outreach activities.
• Proven ability to manage a dense CRM sales funnel (experience with HubSpot is preferred) with a strong emphasis on tracking conversion rates, call volumes, and pipeline velocity.
• Exceptional verbal stamina and communication skills, with the ability to build instant trust over the phone with sensitive families while clearly articulating value.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of swiftly processing technical document workflows (such as medical records and insurance forms) without oversight in a fast-paced setting.
• Education: An associate’s degree or higher is preferred; equivalent professional experience in high-volume outreach or sales will be strongly considered.
