Bilingual EFL Teacher, Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional English instruction to beginner learners in both group and individual classes.

• Instruct using a bilingual model that supports Spanish-speaking students.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with **C1/C2 proficiency in English**.

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• TESOL, TEFL, or similar certification *(not necessary if your degree is in English Language Teaching)*.

• At least **2 years of ESL teaching experience** (preferably online).

• Strong understanding of the **CEFR framework**.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Must successfully pass a **background check**.

• Minimum availability of 10 hours weekly, including 5 peak-time hours.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, platform-driven environment.

• Highly Preferred: Previous experience teaching on structured online teaching platforms, familiarity with AI-assisted or blended learning environments, experience with absolute beginner students, and experience in curriculum development or content contribution.
