This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate onboarding and essential training programs for new employees in Disability Case Management.

• Aid in establishing and modifying workload expectations during the initial training period to meet operational demands.

• Create, update, and sustain training materials, guides, and documentation.

• Convert operational challenges into effective training solutions.

• Work together with Quality Services and operational leaders to pinpoint developmental needs.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and consistently enhance programs.

• Contribute to best practices, workflow enhancements, and quality tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education or a comparable mix of experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in disability case management.

• Extensive knowledge of all areas within Case Management Services.

• Highly skilled in writing clearly, concisely, and in a structured manner.

• Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for explaining concepts and providing direction.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and possessing exceptional time management skills with the capability to set priorities.

• Experience in training delivery, facilitation, or instructional design.

• Certification in adult learning is considered an asset.

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.

• Proficiency in English is necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
