Bilingual Digital Skills E-Learning Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Support industry professionals and individual learners in enhancing their digital capabilities.

• Implement digital readiness evaluations to assess learner competencies.

• Investigate, assess, and select top-quality courses from external providers.

• Arrange, coordinate, and onboard learners for their respective courses.

• Create and maintain program plans along with project timelines.

• Conduct regular reviews of the curriculum in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Monitor progress in relation to program plans and enrollment objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 4-6 years of experience in e-learning design, curriculum development, or instructional technology.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French—both written and oral—is mandatory.

• Expertise in adult learning theories, facilitation techniques, and various instructional media formats including instructor-led, online, and virtual instructor-led training.

• Strong analytical abilities with a background in defining and monitoring learning KPIs and quality metrics.

• Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tools for e-learning authoring or curation.

• Familiarity with project management software such as Wrike, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.
