This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage with customers through live chat to swiftly address their inquiries, concerns, or issues.
• Deliver precise information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Clarify customer inquiries related to orders, payments, returns, and other service-related topics.
• Assist customers in selecting products by understanding their preferences and suggesting appropriate items.
• Navigate customers through the online purchasing process and resolve any technical difficulties they may face.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy to effectively resolve issues.
• Refer complex or unresolved matters to supervisors or the relevant departments when necessary.
• Keep records of complaints and resolutions to enhance service quality.
• Log interaction details and inquiries into the CRM system or customer support software.
• Prior experience in customer service or call center settings.
• Background in the cosmetics/beauty industry.
• Access to a phone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
• Familiarity with live chat and/or Salesforce.
• Capability to work independently.
