This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead the strategy and performance for digital channel growth encompassing online ordering, third-party delivery, and loyalty programs.
• Responsible for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as digital sales mix, conversion rates, customer frequency, average transaction value, and retention rates.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards, establish reporting schedules, and implement insight-driven optimization practices.
• Manage the daily planning and execution across all digital platforms to ensure operational reliability and readiness.
• Convert strategic goals into standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and execution standards for agencies, internal teams, and franchisees.
• Identify risks, gaps, and performance challenges; communicate insights and recommendations clearly, supported by data.
• Direct the ongoing management and enhancement of third-party delivery platforms.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance awareness, promotions, profitability, and operational compliance.
• Propel platform sales and conversion within owned Dairy Queen channels while maintaining brand standards and franchisee profitability.
• Assist in defining, launching, and scaling Dairy Queen Mexico’s loyalty programs and first-party e-commerce platforms.
• Design customer journeys, program mechanics, and activation plans with an emphasis on adoption and practicality.
• Establish foundational governance, SOPs, and measurement frameworks necessary for sustainable growth.
• Oversee social media, website, and SEO performance as part of the overall digital ecosystem.
• Ensure that activities generate traffic, engagement, and conversions in alignment with digital growth objectives.
• Manage agency partnerships to ensure alignment with brand and business goals.
• Act as a reliable digital partner for franchisees across all digital initiatives.
• Create training materials, communications, and playbooks to foster adoption and build confidence.
• Deliver clear and credible presentations in franchisee forums and working sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in place of a degree; MBA is a plus.
• Over 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in QSR, retail, or franchise settings.
• Proven experience in launching and scaling digital platforms, including online ordering, delivery, and loyalty systems.
• Strong knowledge of digital performance drivers, delivery ecosystems, and e-commerce optimization strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners without having direct authority.
• Required verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally up to 10% of the time.
