Bilingual Customer Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers located in the United States

• Manage incoming calls and emails to deliver fundamental product assistance

• Address common inquiries and resolve complaints

• Execute order processing tasks
