Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers through phone, chat, SMS, and email to deliver accurate and timely information regarding orders, promotions, shipments, product details, and returns.

• Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and loyalty.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

• Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including adherence, handle time, quality assurance, and attendance.

• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying company values and providing exceptional service.

• Utilize coaching, feedback, and training to boost performance and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain the security and privacy of customer information.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as necessary to support business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• 1-2 years of customer service or retail experience is preferred.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting performance expectations.

• Proficient in learning and utilizing new software applications.

• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• High attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities.

• Consistent attendance and flexibility to work a performance-based schedule, including schedule bidding.

• Fluent in English with strong typing skills (must meet minimum words-per-minute requirement).

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
