Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Seasonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls related to customer inquiries and complaints in a financial or banking services setting.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers.

• Address service issues and identify the root causes of customer complaints.

• Respond to customer inquiries accurately, satisfactorily, and in a timely manner.

• Tackle service-related issues and deliver appropriate solutions through email, chat, social media, and other communication platforms.

• Escalate customer complaints to the Operations Supervisor as necessary.

• Ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.

• Provide accurate and comprehensive information using company communication protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO environment.

• Completion of high school education.

• Strong interpersonal and comprehension abilities.

• Proficient in managing escalated situations, remittances, and disputes.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proven ability in probing and problem-solving.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

• A laptop or desktop with at least a 2.0 GHz processor (i5, i7, or higher).

• A minimum of 16 GB of RAM.

• At least 256 GB of hard drive space with 20 GB of free space available.

• One available USB port.

• USB headset equipped with a noise-canceling microphone.

• Cable or fiber internet access; DSL and satellite connections are not acceptable.

• Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 2 Mbps.

• Hardwired connection to the PC/laptop; wireless internet access is not allowed.
