This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responding to inquiries related to healthcare benefits.
• Aiding members with their enrollment into the Medicare program and assisting with disenrollment from their plan.
• Handling claims associated with their coverage.
• Managing a consistent influx of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.
• Must be proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Completion of a customer service assessment and typing test is required.
• Proficiency in keyboarding and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is necessary.
• Must successfully complete a mandatory paid training program.
• A successful background check is required for this role.
• Health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, are available from the first day of employment.
• Paid time off is accrued after 180 days of employment.
• Training Duration: 7 weeks and 2 days in a classroom setting followed by 2 weeks and 2 days of nesting.
• Training is compensated.
