This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
β’ Assist clients in comprehending their coverage options and choosing the most suitable products, services, and solutions tailored to their individual needs.
β’ Deliver comprehensive customer service and sales throughout the entire lifecycle, which may include handling inbound calls or making outbound calls for follow-up purposes.
β’ Address customer inquiries with empathy and active listening, selecting the most effective solution in a prompt manner.
β’ Recognize additional needs customers may have and assist them in upgrading their products or services.
β’ Proficient in both English and Spanish.
β’ At least six (6) months of sales experience paired with strong customer service skills, including empathy, compassion, and active listening.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Access to high-speed internet (more than 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
β’ Integrity to uphold HIPAA guidelines regarding the protection of patient privacy, reflecting the same standards you would expect for your own confidential information.
β’ Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this position is entirely remote.
β’ Complimentary licensing course, with compensation for your time during the training.
β’ All state licensing exam fees covered by the company, along with annual license renewal provided by TTEC as your employer.
β’ A base pay of $16 per hour while preparing for your state exam.
