Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative – Spanish-English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in comprehending their coverage options and choosing the most suitable products, services, and solutions tailored to their individual needs.

• Deliver comprehensive customer service and sales throughout the entire lifecycle, which may include handling inbound calls or making outbound calls for follow-up purposes.

• Address customer inquiries with empathy and active listening, selecting the most effective solution in a prompt manner.

• Recognize additional needs customers may have and assist them in upgrading their products or services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• At least six (6) months of sales experience paired with strong customer service skills, including empathy, compassion, and active listening.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Access to high-speed internet (more than 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).

• Integrity to uphold HIPAA guidelines regarding the protection of patient privacy, reflecting the same standards you would expect for your own confidential information.

• Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this position is entirely remote.
