This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Provide support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Aid in account management, billing, and service-related inquiries.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Offer guidance on products, services, and platform features.
• Maintain a high standard of customer care in every interaction.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams as needed.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to service enhancements.
• Proficient in Italian and English (minimum C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or contact center environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
