This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage incoming customer calls and/or emails with compassion and professionalism
• Address concerns, respond to inquiries, and offer proactive solutions
• Record interactions and provide follow-up as necessary
• Engage in special projects and adjust to changing priorities
• Ensure a WOW experience with every interaction—customers should feel your enthusiasm!
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory)
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Experience in customer service (preferably in call center, insurance, or banking)
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to multitask using technology in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps down / 6 Mbps up)
• A quiet, distraction-free home office environment
• 2+ years of experience in customer service (preferred)
• Previous remote work experience (preferred)
