Bilingual Credit Advisor, Mortgage Renewal Centre of Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients by reaching out to those nearing their mortgage renewal, understanding their objectives, and assisting them in exploring their choices.

• Foster Relationships: Maintain communication with clients throughout their renewal process, ensuring they feel supported at every stage.

• Offer Insightful Guidance: Discuss mortgage options, home equity, and credit solutions in a manner that resonates with each client.

• Identify Opportunities: By showcasing curiosity, you will uncover additional ways to assist clients with other financial needs and connect them with the appropriate team.

• Collaborate with RBC Teams: Work alongside branch teams, mortgage specialists, and other advisors to align clients with the right solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual (English and French) is essential, as you will frequently engage with clients and conduct business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada who require English and French services.

• Lending Experience: A demonstrated history of effectively structuring credit deals and submitting credit applications.

• Genuine Interest in Homeownership & Passion for Client Advising: Committed to finding customized solutions for clients regarding home ownership and guiding them in financial decisions.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly, actively listen, and build rapport with diverse individuals.

• Self-Motivated: Initiative-taker with a proven ability to convert goals into actionable outcomes while following through on commitments.

• Flexibility: Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and willing to work evenings and weekends.

• Additional Assets: Strong negotiation skills, a dedication to exceeding client expectations, competitive intelligence expertise, and bilingualism (English/French is particularly advantageous for candidates in Quebec).
