Bilingual Consumer Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephone assistance to e-commerce and insurance clients

• Assess customer requirements and provide ideal or alternative product solutions

• Inform prospective clients about their insurance choices, offer quotes, and finalize sales

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products and services available

• Precisely input relevant customer information and modify existing policies

• Finalize sales by addressing customer inquiries and showing empathy

• Operate effectively in a setting influenced by artificial intelligence (AI)

⛳️ Requirements

• Six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in a customer service or sales role

• Post-secondary education is strongly preferred

• Hold an Accident and Sickness license or be willing to obtain one

• Have TICO certification or be willing to pursue certification

• Ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail and manage multiple tasks

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills with a strong customer-oriented approach

• Proficiency in both French and English is required (written and spoken)
