This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, reach out to, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually via phone, text, and email, as well as in-person at clinics, community-based organizations, and health system partner locations.
• Listen attentively to eligible members and meet them where they are, recognizing that enrollment may necessitate multiple outreach attempts while adopting a “it’s not my fault but it is my problem” mindset in all communication styles and approaches.
• Provide education to our partners about Pair Team’s services, emphasizing the connection of eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program.
• Articulate the services and benefits of Enhanced Care Management, understanding that many individuals may have personal experiences that lead to initial hesitation or distrust of the healthcare system.
• Utilize your comprehensive understanding of the community and exemplary customer service skills to build trust with eligible members and facilitate their enrollment in the program.
• Foster effective and timely communication among internal teams, clinics, community-based organizations, and health system partners.
• Achieve key enrollment metrics to support our mission of enhancing the wellbeing of underserved communities.
• Manage the entire enrollment funnel effectively, ensuring members continue through the enrollment process.
• Provide regular updates on funnel stages, including any delays or obstacles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all necessary internal and external technology tools utilized for the position.
• You must be physically located in the United States.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a metrics or quota-driven environment.
• Committed to working within and enhancing the community you belong to.
• Results-oriented with a proven history of surpassing performance indicators.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills, proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in both languages.
• Strong technical skills and comfort in using multiple technology platforms.
• A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
