Bilingual Collections Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct both outbound and inbound calls

• Manage collections on overdue accounts

• Deliver exceptional support and service to customers

• Complete a mandatory five-week full-time virtual training program

• Work designated shifts from Monday to Friday, along with required Saturdays

• Finish a 10-minute virtual introduction after submitting your application

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (mandatory)

• Experience in customer service and prior collections

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Competency in computer skills and typing

• Capability to operate multiple software applications and screens at once

• Experience handling phone calls in a customer service or call center setting

• High school diploma or equivalent GED

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reside within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah

• Have a designated workspace at home

• Possess a wired internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speed

• Wireless, DSL, and satellite internet service providers are not acceptable

• Availability for five weeks of required full-time virtual training with full attendance

• Availability for shifts from Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM, and required Saturday shifts from 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
