Bilingual Collections Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct both outbound and inbound telephone calls.

• Recover payments on overdue accounts.

• Deliver exceptional support and service to clients.

• Complete a mandatory five-week full-time virtual training program.

• Finish a Virtual Introduction as part of the application procedure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer service and collections.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in computer usage and typing skills.

• Capability to operate multiple software applications/screens at once.

• Previous phone experience in a customer service or call center setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must reside within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX.

• A designated home workspace that is preferably quiet and devoid of distractions.

• A wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload.

• Wireless, DSL, and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible with our systems.

• Full-time commitment for Monday-Friday virtual training, with a requirement for 100% attendance.

• Availability for shifts Monday-Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

• Saturday shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM are mandatory.

• Verified fluency in Spanish.

• Ability to utilize AI-enabled tools and adapt as roles and workflows change.
