Bilingual Collections Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct both outbound and inbound calls

• Manage collections for accounts that are overdue

• Deliver exceptional support and service to clients

• Undergo five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training

• Work assigned shifts from Monday to Friday and on required Saturdays

• Complete a 10-minute Ribbon AI Virtual Introduction after submitting your application

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer service and prior collections

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in computer usage and typing

• Capacity to navigate multiple software applications and screens simultaneously

• Experience in a customer service or call center setting

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reside within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ

• Designated home workspace that is quiet and free from distractions

• Wired internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speed

• Wireless, DSL, and/or satellite internet services are not acceptable

• Spanish fluency qualifies for a 5% increase in hourly pay

• Full-time training attendance is mandatory; 100% attendance is required

• Availability to work on required Saturday shifts

• Other relevant experience may include call center operations, sales, retention, resolution, debt recovery, delinquency, negotiations, or repossessions
