This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the daily recruitment and relationship management of channel partners, which include value-added resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and strategic software partners, primarily in Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Serve as a point of contact between Keeper and designated channel partners as well as Ingram Micro MEA.
• Develop, sustain, and oversee relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
• Cultivate productive and professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel within assigned partner accounts.
• Organize the involvement of Keeper personnel, encompassing support, service, and management resources, to achieve partner performance goals and meet partner expectations.
• Drive sales through partner organizations to end users in collaboration with partner sales teams.
• Achieve assigned goals for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within designated partner accounts.
• Manage conflicts between direct and channel sales by promoting effective communication between the two teams.
• Ensure partner adherence to Channel Partner programs and agreements.
• Engage in a partner planning process that sets mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and essential milestones for a successful partner relationship.
• Identify partner go-to-market and/or service offerings; collaborate with partner sales resources, marketing, etc., to develop and launch offerings aimed at generating incremental joint revenue.
• Establish relationships with technology vendors to uncover shared greenfield opportunities with mutual partners.
• Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and support the direct sales team in converting channel-generated leads.
• Plan and implement Channel Marketing activities and events to enhance brand awareness and drive demand generation within the Strategic Partner group.
• Willingness to travel to customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in security SaaS channel sales.
• Must be bilingual in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through channel partners.
• Strong understanding of Partner Incentive programs and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
