This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate across various practice areas, including Intake, Member Enrollment, and Member Program Activation.
• Capture, enter, and verify health profile data for virtual onboarding and consultations.
• Collect and uphold accurate member health information while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct phone call visits with new members using provided scripts and finalize documentation.
• Engage with members regarding Twin Health in collaboration with the Enrollment team.
• Coordinate scheduling and confirm the accuracy of scheduled member visits.
• Provide administrative assistance for care management tasks and team initiatives.
• Handle medication requests, task actions, lab reminders, scheduling, prior authorizations, and non-clinical triage.
• Utilize EMR tools/platforms, portal messages, phone calls, faxes, and letters.
• Support RNs with onboarding responsibilities.
• Participate in team huddles, care management planning sessions, operations meetings, and ongoing process improvements.
• Conduct follow-up calls to members and primary care providers.
• Assist clinical operations through team work queues and daily task assignments.
• Operate under the general supervision of the Team Leader and/or Registered Nurse Operations Manager.
• Execute other assigned tasks, including updating policies and procedures and acquiring new technology skills.
• National Certification in Medical Assisting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• At least 2 years of college education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment working alongside clinicians.
• Three to five years of experience in healthcare as a Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, Health Unit Coordinator, or a related role.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and related platforms.
• Proficiency in using audio/visual technology or video conferencing systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare practices and medical terminology.
• Understanding of patient intake processes, medical information collection, and medication reconciliation.
• Access to high-speed internet and phone lines.
• Bilingual candidates, particularly fluent in Spanish, are preferred.
