Bilingual Case Manager – Wellbeing Assessment Screener

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough and empathetic interviews with professionals and executives to evaluate their mental wellbeing.

• Document detailed notes from interviews, highlighting key aspects such as strengths, concerns, and suggestions for enhancing wellbeing.

• Integrate questionnaire results with interview insights to deliver a holistic wellbeing assessment.

• Prepare summary reports with customized recommendations based on integrated findings and clinical best practices.

• Collaborate closely with our team lead and clinical psychologist to refine suggestions, ensure quality, and continually enhance screening procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field in mental health.

• Prior experience in a mental health, wellbeing, or counseling environment.

• Capability to perform comprehensive and empathetic interviews to evaluate mental wellbeing.

• Skillful in analyzing questionnaire data and merging it with interview insights.

• Excellent writing abilities for documenting interviews and creating detailed summary reports.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and cases effectively while upholding strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.
