Bilingual Case Manager Assistant – LVN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supports the RN Case Manager in executing necessary tasks utilizing the Case Management process.

• Authorization of services provided.

• Evaluation of treatment plans to ensure medical necessity.

• Continuous communication with all parties involved in the health care team.

• Conducts all activities under the direct oversight and guidance of the RN Case Manager.

• Bilingual communication in both Spanish and English to assist customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred education in Licensed Practical Nursing.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills.

• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant/Nursing Assistant Certification within the United States or its territories.

• A minimum of 5 years of diverse clinical experience preferred, or 3 years in a specialty area.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Ability to manage challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.

• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Advanced computer skills with expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
