This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with members via phone to promote involvement in care management programs.
• Conduct necessary assessments and questionnaires to pinpoint health risks, care requirements, and chances for clinical team follow-up.
• Assist members in scheduling medical appointments and connecting them with suitable care resources.
• Recognize and help resolve barriers to preventive screenings, benefits, and health-related services.
• Aid members in comprehending, retaining, and utilizing health-related benefits.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls in an auto-dialer setup.
• Record member information across various applications and platforms.
• Foster positive member experiences through respectful, patient, and professional interactions.
• Implement department guidelines, training, tools, and procedures.
• Work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting healthcare priorities and business processes.
• Must reside in Puerto Rico to qualify.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Capability to pass necessary language proficiency evaluations in both English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Proven track record meeting documented productivity, quality, or service performance standards.
• Experience in navigating, documenting, and updating member or customer details across multiple applications, programs, and platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Availability to work a scheduled 8-hour shift, including a 1-hour lunch, between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST as assigned.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
• During the initial 2 weeks of training, hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
• No time off is allowed during the 2-week training period.
• Management approval is necessary for time off during the first 90 days.
• Occasional mandatory overtime, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
• Home internet must meet a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Must be able to work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
