This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Connect with members via phone to promote involvement in care management programs.
• Conduct necessary assessments and questionnaires to pinpoint health risks, care requirements, and possibilities for clinical team follow-up.
• Assist members in arranging doctor’s appointments and linking them to suitable care resources.
• Recognize and help resolve obstacles to preventive screenings, benefits, and health-related services.
• Aid members in comprehending, retaining, and utilizing health-related benefits.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in an auto-dialer setting.
• Accurately document member information and customer concerns.
• Follow departmental guidelines, training, tools, and procedures.
• Work autonomously, manage your time effectively, and seek assistance when clarification is required.
• Adapt to evolving healthcare priorities, member needs, and business processes.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must successfully complete required language proficiency assessments in both languages.
• At least 1 year of experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Proven experience in achieving documented productivity, quality, or service performance standards.
• Familiarity with navigating, documenting, and updating member or customer information across various applications, programs, and platforms.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Availability to work a scheduled 8-hour shift, including a 30-minute lunch, between 11:30 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday call center hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
• Must be available from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST during the initial 2 weeks of training.
• No time off is permitted during the 2-week training period.
• Management approval is required for time off during the first 90 days.
• Must be willing to work occasional mandatory overtime, including evenings and weekends.
• Minimum remote internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required.
• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions is necessary.
• Must ensure the protection of member PHI / HIPAA information.
