Bilingual Call Center Pharmacy Technician, Florida License Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to coordinate medication refills, including data entry and the adjudication of pharmacy claims.

• Conduct outbound calls to patients for refill requests and successfully complete the refill process.

• Address, resolve, and categorize incoming inquiries.

• Verify prescription orders with the pharmacist and/or clinician as necessary.

• Recognize medications that require special storage and/or handling, such as hazardous or refrigerated medications.

• Oversee, organize, and maintain relevant data utilizing database applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician, particularly in claims adjudication.

• Active national pharmacy technician certification is mandatory (PTCB or NHA/ExCPT).

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
