Bilingual Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Foster and enhance existing partnerships while acting as the main point of contact.

• Identify and cultivate new relationships by utilizing DLL’s value proposition.

• Create and present proposals and quotations.

• Oversee all transactions and maintain communication with relevant parties as needed.

• Build strong internal relationships to efficiently manage business processes.

• Develop presentations and communication materials for both external and internal audiences.

• Provide training for partners on available products, processes, and systematic tools.

• Engage all necessary expertise (risk, operations, legal, etc.) to structure and finalize deals.

• Report on business activities and identify pertinent trends.

• Travel as needed to meet partners and participate in trade shows and industry events.

• Define, track, and meet commercial targets and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business or equivalent professional experience.

• 5 years of sales or relevant leasing experience.

• Excellent communication abilities in both French and English.

• Comprehensive understanding of the marketplace along with current trends and activities.

• Familiarity with financial statements and the credit review process.

• Knowledge of financial product pricing, subsidy management, and amortization schedules.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated sales, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to exhibit a high level of attention to detail.

• A positive mindset with the resilience to see tasks through to completion.

• A collaborative team player who excels in a dynamic environment.

• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively in a virtual team setting.
