This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and direct software conversion projects for automotive dealership clients.
• Create implementation plans and schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Supervise customer training initiatives and provide ongoing training assistance.
• Monitor the transition of data from clients' existing software systems to PBS Systems’ software.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security while troubleshooting data-related issues.
• Establish and maintain integrations with CRM platforms, DMS providers, and other third-party systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee seamless integration and functionality.
• Relay project status, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders.
• Compile and present weekly project progress reports, metrics, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation and resolve issues as they arise.
• Document implementation processes and procedures for future maintenance and support.
• Achieve one PBS certification within the first year of employment.
• Proficient in both French and English, capable of speaking, reading, and writing.
• 1–3 years of experience in a car dealership or the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with project management processes, methodologies, and workflows.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new software tools.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to two weeks per month.
• Possession of a valid passport, or the ability to acquire one.
• U.S. visa, if necessary.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage various tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies as needed.
• Capacity to collaborate with team members, clients, and third-party vendors.
• PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a significant advantage.
• High school diploma required.
• Obtain one PBS product certification within the first year of employment.
