This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver critical lending operations processes on a daily basis, encompassing loan administration and servicing activities.
• Carry out payments, transactions, service requests, administrative tasks, and fulfill stakeholder inquiries in accordance with service level agreements.
• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes and workflows, ultimately achieving business objectives.
• Offer advice and guidance regarding the implementation of solutions.
• Assist in strategic initiatives and manage change activities.
• Address both standard and non-standard inquiries from internal business partners and external customers.
• Consolidate information from various sources to facilitate efficient processes, enhanced analyses, and streamlined reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate performance while addressing any arising issues.
• Process, review, and validate loan information and associated documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of information and documentation through checks and reconciliation.
• Detect and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues as necessary.
• Manage documentation effectively and maintain thorough records.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of new processes, systems, and improvements.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks.
• Assist in the development of tools and facilitate training delivery.
• Engage in planning, testing, and executing continuous improvement projects.
• Provide problem-solving support for junior staff when required.
• Generally, 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• A post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with relevant systems and technology.
• Profound understanding of business-unit products, services, processes, and controls.
• Solid grasp of business risks and regulatory requirements.
• Effective prioritization skills.
• Advanced PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Specialized knowledge gained from education and/or professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective influencing capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail for compliance, quality control, and follow-up purposes.
• Experience with internal audits, calibration, and transaction verification using MCF or similar tools.
• Familiarity with preparing monthly productivity and quality reports.
• Knowledge of taxes and mortgage advances.
• Fluency in both French and English is required to assist clients and team members within and outside of Quebec.
