Bilingual AI Training, Business Transformation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the facilitation and execution of AI and digital transformation training for post-secondary students as well as their Work Integrated Learning (WIL) host employers.

• Conduct impactful AI training sessions tailored for both student and employer groups.

• Lead synchronous virtual bootcamp sessions and workshops that delve deeper than basic overviews, equipping participants with practical, applicable AI skills.

• Offer expert-level advice to both employer and student groups regarding AI readiness assessments, transformation roadmaps, and the identification of priority use cases.

• Partner with the Manager and e-learning team to create, review, and continuously update technically relevant AI training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Business, or a closely related field.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI, data science, automation, or digital transformation, demonstrating practical application rather than theoretical knowledge.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilitating technical AI or digital transformation training for diverse audiences, including students, business leaders, and non-technical professionals.

• Established experience in delivering corporate or workforce training programs in a bilingual (English/French) environment.

• Required bilingual proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken).
