AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across Engineering, GTM, People, Support, Finance, and Operations to pinpoint areas where AI can alleviate operational challenges.

• Identify opportunities for the dependable automation of manual processes.

• Create internal tools and agents from start to finish, integrating the existing technology stack with daily employee tasks.

• Promote adoption through workshops, collaborative sessions, and office hours.

• Evaluate success based on active usage and time saved rather than the quantity of features delivered.

• Work closely with the Security team to set up guardrails, define access scopes, and establish audit trails that safeguard employee and customer information.

• Develop and implement a framework to assess the value of AI solutions using key metrics, targets, and actual results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a software engineer, alongside MBB or Big4 consulting/product management or business operations experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering value, including documented success stories in adoption.

• Solid experience utilizing Codex, Claude Code, or similar technologies to produce effective solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI technology, differentiating between LLM and ML, as well as relevant methodologies and strategies.

• Proficiency in Python/TypeScript, MCP/agent-tooling patterns, evaluations, reliability, and cost/token management.

• Familiar with Git version control systems and tools like GitHub, GitLab, or their equivalents.

• Strong instincts for process design, including workflow mapping, identifying failure points, and creating scalable solutions.

• Good strategic and commercial insight, with the capability to articulate how deliverables align with business objectives and metrics.

• Ability to provide a brief motivation detailing suitability for the position.
