📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on leveraging data and AI for business transformation and achieving a competitive edge.

• Develop data and AI strategies that are in line with client objectives.

• Create detailed implementation roadmaps.

• Assist organizations in the adoption of advanced data platforms, machine learning solutions, and ethical AI practices.

• Lead cross-functional teams effectively.

• Enhance and grow the Advisory practice by formulating new offerings.

• Foster and maintain client relationships.

• Mentor and support high-performing teams.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities that focus on business objectives.

• Balance recommendations related to technical, organizational, and process aspects.

• Create long-term roadmaps and future-state operational models.

• Design processes that ensure effective management of data and analytical assets.

• Formulate business cases with an emphasis on return on investment.

• Provide technical recommendations that are linked to business outcomes.

• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops that highlight business value.

• Lead sessions that explore "the art of the possible."

• Assist in making technology rationalization decisions.

• Manage and guide Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Data Engineers, and Change Leaders through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Deliver presentations to clients with engaging, tailored narratives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a hands-on AI & Data Strategy Leader, having directed AI & Data Strategy engagements.

• 4+ years of consulting leadership experience with external clients.

• Knowledge of emerging AI capabilities, applications, and their effective utilization for business outcomes.

• Industry expertise in sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail.

• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

• Expertise and/or exposure in functional strategy leadership.

• Skill in identifying and prioritizing business-focused opportunities.

• Ability to balance recommendations across technical, organizational, and process dimensions.

• Experience in developing and sequencing long-term strategic roadmaps.

• Familiarity with designing future-state operational models.

• Experience in crafting processes for managing data and analytical assets.

• Ability to create business cases with a focus on return on investment.

• Skill in making technical recommendations that correlate with business outcomes.

• Understanding of cloud computing, data platform development, integration patterns, data quality, data governance, privacy and security, and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in prioritizing use cases by value and complexity and conducting SWOT analyses.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience facilitating discovery sessions and workshops.

• Experience leading sessions that explore "the art of the possible."

• Capability to guide technology rationalization decisions with consideration for TCO and business needs.

• Knowledge of industry-wide strategy frameworks, principles, and best practices.

• Familiarity with global privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams comprising Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Data Engineers, and Change Leaders.

• Established track record of collaborating with client stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional sales and delivery teams across distributed global teams.

• Ability to build strong relationships across various practices.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for client-facing interactions.

• Ability to deliver engaging presentations tailored to various audiences, from technical stakeholders to executive teams.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time each month.
