This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• In this pivotal role, you will assist investors in achieving their retirement aspirations and other personal goals.
• Our team members are dedicated to ensuring that every advisor and broker request is managed with the highest level of attention.
• You will provide outstanding customer service to investment advisors, their administrative teams, and investors within our inbound call center.
• Collaborating directly with advisors, you will offer the necessary support to help them inform their clients and devise both short- and long-term investment strategies.
• As a representative of Fidelity, you will manage and resolve client inquiries efficiently, directing clients to the appropriate internal associate when necessary.
• A college diploma (recent graduates are welcome to apply) or an equivalent level of experience.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English is mandatory.
