This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and achieving lead measures and sales targets through effective promotion of Nestlé Professional products within the HRI channels.

• Participate in the Management Business Planning (MBP) cycle to analyze and tackle challenges related to Nestlé’s sales, expenditure, market share, distribution, and operating budget objectives, with an emphasis on Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Category Management (CM) to optimize product offerings and enhance profitable sales.

• Ensure the implementation of targeted Category Roadmap and sales initiatives with clients.

• Create and tailor sales presentations using the Category Roadmaps to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each customer, ensuring relevance and applicability.

• Continuously assess category fundamentals (such as listings and distribution) to promote profitable sales.

• Promptly input all relevant customer and category promotion plans into C4C, Exceedra, and other planning tools.

• Communicate vital information regarding promotions and listings to demand planners to enhance forecasting accuracy.

• Efficiently manage commercial expenditures to meet sales volume goals, trade spending targets, and profit objectives, which includes administration, record-keeping, tracking, and follow-up.

• Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential, as collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving business results.

• A valid full driver’s license and a clean driving record are necessary. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory is expected.

• Post-secondary education in Business, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are necessary to articulate analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization and externally to clients.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with exceptional time and project management skills, while maintaining attention to detail.
