Bilingual Account Manager – iPaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete renewal process for your accounts, actively managing risks and ensuring high retention rates.

• Recognize and implement upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning customer needs with additional services and integrations.

• Create strategic account plans that link customer goals with Flexspring’s integration roadmap.

• Cultivate customer advocates and obtain references through success stories, case studies, and involvement in go-to-market initiatives.

• Act as the main post-sale contact, fostering long-term relationships with leaders in HR, IT, and Finance.

• Assess, convey, and showcase the business impact and ROI of Flexspring’s integrations.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to share customer insights and shape product strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role within the SaaS, HR tech, or technology-driven sectors.

• Demonstrated success in managing renewals and facilitating account growth within an established customer base.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong background in building and maintaining relationships at the executive level.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR systems and the challenges related to HR data integration.

• Experience with CRM platforms, including Salesforce.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• A data-driven approach with the ability to articulate business outcomes and ROI clearly.

• Self-driven, responsible, and collaborative, with a strong commitment to customer success.
