BigLaw Attorney, Vault 100 Experience Required

• Perform comprehensive legal research on various topics within US law.

• Assess intricate legal matters and formulate well-supported conclusions.

• Compose and revise memoranda, contracts, opinions, and other legal documents.

• Review legal content generated by AI for precision, clarity, and analytical depth.

• Detect legal inaccuracies, unsupported assertions, inconsistencies, and ambiguities.

• Offer structured written feedback adhering to professional legal standards.

• Analyze complex or high-stakes legal situations.

• Assist in quality assurance for legal documents and project outputs.

• Collaborate remotely with legal, technical, and project stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.

• Current or prior experience with a **Vault Law 100 firm**.

• Strong background in legal research, analysis, drafting, and document review.

• Familiarity with sophisticated transactional, litigation, regulatory, or advisory matters.

• Proven ability to produce high-quality legal work in line with demanding professional standards.

• Must be currently residing in the United States.
